IRIS Scholarship: International medical students who are accepted and confirmed to be in sub-internship at a U.S. based medical school will have a chance to apply to this scholarship established to improve the quality of their stay so that they can prioritize receiving mentorships and letters of recommendation.

Research Grants: Offering funding for innovative research projects that align with IRIS’s goals of improving medical practices, health outcomes, and global health equity.

Research Mentorship Programs: Senior medical students are paired with junior medical students with efforts to guide them through the research process and helping them develop their projects.

Workshops and Seminars: Hosting educational workshops and seminars on various medical and health-related topics, providing continuing education opportunities for healthcare professionals.
